The best front reception service I encountered in the US. Greeted with a warm welcome. Check-in and check-out experience was fantastic. |Hotel is a little dated, but rooms are really spacious, beds are comfortable, and the place just has a really nice vibe about it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

We have traveled a lot recently and this was the nicest best western we have experienced. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was in great condition and just what we needed. One of the nicest things about this hotel is its location. It is a great spot to access all of the sites the Plymouth Massachusetts has to offer.

Always a pleasure to stay at Best Western Plus Cold Spring. We visit family every year and always stay here. The staff is warm and friendly. The breakfast is awesome and very varied. The entire property is extremely clean. We love it there!

We had 3 children, 1 teenager and 2 adults. We stayed in room 60 and it was perfect for our needs. The room was clean, 2 refrigerators, a door separating the kids from the adults at night, bathroom was clean. The queen sized beds were squeeky with every move and the road noise was loud, especially when emergency vehicles were going through. The breakfast was great, and there were several Gluten Free options, they could have been made celiac friendly if needed. The service was knowledgeable of the area and accommodating as we arrived a little early for our stay, they put us next on the cleaning list and called when the room was ready. It is just a 15 minute walk to the water. We would stay there again if we find ourselves in that area.
